Annual Wild Game Dinner February 28
2026 Wild Game Dinner and Fundraiser
Saturday, February 28, 2026 you are invited to attend the annual Wild Game Dinner and Fundraiser at the Chandelier Ballroom 150 Jefferson Ave., Hartford, WI.
Tickets are $90/seat. Tip: buy your gun board and raffle tickets with your registration to beat the lines. Everyone is welcome, you do not have to be a Daniel Boone Conservation League member to attend.
- Doors open for registered attendees at 4:15 pm.
- Tickets limited to 375 persons.
- 8 seats per table.
- $90 per ticket.
- Option to purchase entire table for $720.

If you purchase a table (8 people per table) OnLine, you will be emailed a link to assist you with registering the guests at your table.

Event Plan
The first item of business will be a youth event. Registered ticket holding guests, that are 17 years of age or younger will receive some special gifts and 2 lucky youngsters will be drawn, one for a compound bow and one for a gun.
Next, all of the registered table captains will be put into a drawing and one of them will be the winner of a pistol. A table captain is someone who had registered and purchased a table of 8.
Now, you will dine on select dishes of Bison, Elk, Chicken and Alligator. Be warned the Alligator dish was the favorite of the tasting committee of six last year. Of course, there will be a vegetable medley and a huge choice of fine desserts. Oh, I forgot there will be a selection of appetizers available prior to dinner.
When you arrive, you can place your bids on the multiple items on the silent auction. (Pay attention, your bid, may not stand, be sure to keep checking). Make sure you place your tickets into your favorite 30+ bucket raffle items as well.
The very first drawing will be for a ground blind, that has 3 mystery guns and some other fine items inside. You will be able to purchase tickets for this package when you arrive
There are 5 different boards including 4 shotguns, 4 rifles, 4 archery bows, 4 pistols and 4 optic items. You must buy tickets to be a winner.
We have a nice selection of vocal auction items. Tim Miller will be the auctioneer again. Items include hunts, fishing excursions, trips to warm climates, whiskeys around the globe, big game mounts and so much more.
The grand prize will be drawn last. This includes: an e-bike, crossbow, shotgun, metal deer stand, knives, ground blind and more. Once again, no worries on taking this home the night of the event we will make this very easy for you.
